A slightly restrained Col Fondo. A hot May evening after rain. Wet asphalt, apple blossoms and elderflowers. And bread. Easy and simple.

Mongarda

Small family winery from the north-east part of Italy. They produce Prosecco with low intervention and experiment with method. They mostly use Glera, but they also grow rare local verities.
