The variation between bottles under this label is quite remarkable, and interestingly, it's a positive attribute, with each iteration bringing its own unique charm.
This particular bottle veers away from funkiness, though a hint of animality lingers, adding depth without overpowering. The forefront is dominated by a delightful blend of fruits, with barnyard nuances and spices creating a rich backdrop. It's juicy, fresh, and utterly delectable. With a medium body and a long aftertaste, the tannin and alcohol are seamlessly integrated, contributing to a well-rounded and engaging experience.

Revisiting this wine after a year almost in the same company. It impressively showcases the winery's signature at an entry-level. Remarkable value, with a profile of leather, raw meat, underbrush, fruits, and spices. Sophisticated yet slightly rustic, it offers charm and delight. Notable minerality and acidity make for a satisfying experience.

Hehe. I drink this wine from time to time because I genuinely like it. So it was a pleasant surprise when the folks opened this bottle. Great high altitude Garnacha with character. Lots of leather, raw meat, underbrush, fruits and spices. Quite sophisticated. Medium-full body. Aye, rustic, but unlike Ladoix I tasted on the same evening, La Bruja de Rozas is juicy and well structured.

Bruja de Rozas is a wine with character and complexity. Not necessarily in a good way. It's better to decant it for at least 15 minutes to let it transform from a dirty leather boot of a villager into an elegant drink. Underbrush, raw meat, blood, cherry, plum, earth, musk, and spices. It lacks balance, feels quite rustic, savory and is aggressively mineral. Yet sophisticated and juicy.
