On the contrary to L'Octavine Clé à molette, this Gringet is more charming in the nose than in the taste. Unrefined sunflower oil, fried sunflower seeds, baked yellow apple with honey, chamomille, and a touch of brett. It's fresh but somehow dull and short in taste. At least the flavours are nice.
