Small production, talented people behind (oenologist Iliana Malihin and vinegrower Spyros Chryssos), a unique blend of pre-phylloxera Vidiano from Fourfouras in Crete and Assyrtiko from Louros in Santorini. All that sounds so much better than the result of their hard work. I hate to give low ratings, but… How can I help if it tastes like rotten mountain water with a flabby palate? Unfortunately, I know how it tastes, and my only instinct is to take some anthelmintic drugs now. This wine lacks acidity, the palate is vapid, and the aftertaste is short. Shame.
